Our time in the summer is precious but we also love to create special celebrations, whether impromptu picnics or planned dinner parties. It’s all about effortlessly entertaining by hand-making flavorful recipes that only take a few steps. We took to our kitchen vegetable garden to pluck fresh green beans and chives for today’s recipe and it’s one that you can prepare in advance for a garden party or happy hour soiree.
One cup of boiled green beans, chopped finely || Triscuit crackers || 8 oz. of whipped cream cheese || 1/4 cup of finely chopped chives || 3 tbs. olive oil || sea salt || cracked black pepper
Combine the chives into the whipped cream cheese and spread on a Triscuit cracker. Toss green beans into olive oil and mix with a pinch of sea salt and cracked black pepper.
Place a tablespoon of the mixture on a Triscuit cracker and drizzle with olive oil.
