Perfect Summer Cocktail Recipes
We’re just as pleased as pie that summer is here. Well, perhaps not technically, but in our books it has arrived. Our grill is polished and ready for showtime, our summer vacation schedule is planned and our summer client work and events are underway. What’s better? The weather. It’s been spectacular along the coast and, while we had a recent day or two of drizzle, it’s been sunny and clear. Perfect!
What are you most looking forward to this summer? If you’re like us and love to entertain, we’ve got a deliciously refreshing post today showcasing our favorite cocktail recipes and elements to make scrumptious summer delights.
1. Our Blueberry Lemonade Fizz is one of those cocktails we hope will go down on the books as one of your go-to recipes for summer. It’s so easy to make, yet looks so darned fun!
2. Berry-filled ice cubes add pizzazz to any cocktail or a glass of lemonade or sparkling water. They’re simple to make, too!
3. A good tray for outdoors is a must for summer cocktail parties. We like this Gelato Tray – Mango from Z. Gallerie $24.95
4. Good cloth napkins are always a must to have on hand for entertaining. Scoop up a six-pack at your local home goods store and you’ll be primed and ready for serving!
5. Strawberry nectar is a fantastic base for summer cocktails {both alcoholic and not}
6. west elm hammered glassware is marvelous for poolside cocktails. They’re durable and quite sweet to look at.
