The Week That Was: January 27th
We made it! Happy Friday and thanks so much for being most excellent readers this week. We’re ramping up for a weekend spent with family and hope to spend Sunday afternoon taking in a polo match…but we may just have to wait as we hear the poor horses are under quarantine. So a lazy Sunday sounds just as nice. This week there was so much we were working on and inspired by.
No. 1 Isn’t the entry way to the polo fields reminiscent of a long country driveway? Love the painted tree trunks, too.
No. 2 Color. One of the January photo a day Instagram images Aleah snapped, this sign just speaks to the vibrancy of the Palm Springs area. Citrus galore!
No. 3 This Dulce de Leche Cake from Williams-Sonoma looks decadent and oh-so delicious. The recipe is listed on their blog here. Go on, give it a try!
No. 4 Festive cocktails are always inspiring! Our Spiked Rosemary Lemonade is refreshing and we think you’ll enjoy these charming sugared lemon wheels.
No. 5 Seersucker! It’s one of those fabrics that screams summertime! We’re incorporating some into an upcoming project and can’t get enough. Cue the Popsicles and Southern charm!

Happy Weekend!
