Effortless Entertaining: Glitzy Napkin Band
With the frenzy that the holidays can be {we’re witness to that this season with a towering plate – some unexpected}, sometimes we just can’t do it all. We’re about entertaining to the gills, dressing our home to the nines, and serving up the freshest baked goods and cocktails. But cutting corners to get to that point sometimes is a must. Adorning napkins and place setting with simple touches goes a long way for impressing your guests and making them feel welcomed and cared for. One of the simplest, yet darling, ideas is not only attainable but inexpensive and makes an impact!

You’ll need: 10″ of sequin band from a craft or fabric store {mix and match gold, silver, and jewel-toned colors} | fabric glue | scissors *the sequin band usually runs about $5/yard at a fabric store
Trim the piece to your liking and turn over bringing the pieces together. Secure the two ends together with fabric glue so they don’t fray and will create a band. Fold your napkin into thirds and slip into the band.
A simply delight, right? What are your favorite easy holiday tricks?

I love this idea, I’m definitely going to use it for my baby shower. Instead of the sequin band I’m using ribbon, tie it in a bow, and glueing a small plastic safety pin to it.
