Well we’ve officially enjoyed our Holiday DIY Week and are thrilled to hear you’ve all enjoyed it so much. Putting a personal stamp on the holidays needn’t be challenging or pricey; with come creativity you can dress up gifts and cocktails, create thoughtful place settings, and to make celebrations a reflection of you.

 

For our Mossy Ornaments you’ll need: Spanish or spongy moss {whichever you prefer} | 8″ of brown velvet ribbon | glass or shatterproof oraments

Take the top off and string the moss through the opening of the ornament, pushing down with a pencil or finger. Fill to the brim with moss and maybe a little token {this one, for Aleah’s brother, has a little hidden gem from the beach}.

Place the top back on and string the two ends of the ribbon through the metal loop then loop around through itself, pulling slightly until it’s secure. Trim the ends of the ribbon at an angle.

Wonderfully woodsy, isn’t it? We love the hint of whimsy with the velvet ribbon. This project is perfect for the nature lover or for a masculine gift.
