Fall Recipe: Orange Glazed Cornish Game Hens
The days are getting crisper and cozier as the month of October winds down. We’re looking forward to hitting up the local pumpkin patch this week! Aleah is en route back to San Diego after enjoying a fantastic visit back home to Washington state complete with ferry rides, family visits, island time, a beach bonfire, tasty food, and everything in between. Talk about a perfect Fall week!
We’re also plotting the next coming weeks and what we’re doing for certain holidays and entertaining menus. One thing that’s on the list: Nick’s Orange Glazed Cornish Game Hens from our November Thanksgiving entertaining spread for San Diego Magazine. As the issue has just hit mailboxes we’re excited to start sharing our bonus holiday recipes with you as you begin your holiday menu planning.
The goal of our spread this month was to encourage effortless entertaining that’s impressive and fun as well as contemporary and beautiful but allows the host or hostess to truly enjoy their guests. Our no-fuss gourmet menu fits the bill, and paired with natural elements like burlap, pears, and eucalyptus leaves, it will leave your guests filled and impressed!
