Paris in the Summertime: St-Germain Cocktail

Ah, Paris. Paris in the summertime is one of our most favorite places to be. Actually, Paris in the spring, fall, and crisp winter is still one of our most favorite places to be! But in the summertime there’s something so relaxing and magical about sitting outside at a busy café enjoying a chilled champagne drink watching people strolling by.

One of the most delicious champagne cocktails we’ve discovered involves St-Germain {the sweet liqueur crafted from elderflower hand-picked in the Alps} and compliments champagne perfectly. This combination is summertime perfection as the champagne seems to float and dance with summer ease.

St-Germain & Champagne {La Rosette} – recipe via St-Germain

1/2 part St-Germain | Top with brut champagne, sparkling wine, or brut rosé
Garnish with a strawberry and enjoy!
